More Than Words Can Say

This morning I awoke early...1:30 a.m. early. Even early for me. I know it's going to be one of the most memorable days in my life. Not because I awoke early, nor because the cat threw up on my pillow beside my head.
Barack Obama will be sworn in as President of the United States. I can remember John Kennedy's swearning in as President, Martin Luther King, Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech, the assination of both. At 4:30 a.m. we are seeing pictures on the news of our nation's capitol filling with people, shoulder to shoulder. That's how we should be. We have a lot to get done.
Obama is just who we need in this time of our Country. He IS a Community Organizer. Thank God.

Hi Aunt Lana-I am happy to see you are blogging again. I am home with 3 sick kids and climbing the walls a bit. This friday I am suppose to go on a scrappbooking weekend with some girlfriends so i am really praying all is well enough with the kids for me to go. Did you ever get a dog? How is your business going? Do you like it or is it more work than reward? Take care. Clare
